Where are you and when are you open?
22 Morgan Mill Rd, Johnston, RI 02919. Regular hours are Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Sunday: no regular walk-in hours — available by appointment. Open 24/7 during storm events or by appointment. Call 401-943-6700.
Do you install what you sell?
Yes — plows and spreaders are installed at the shop. Start with a written installed price covering equipment, mount, wiring and labor, then book the install bay through the scheduler.
How do I know a plow fits my truck?
You don't have to guess — tell us the vehicle through Find My Plow and the dealership verifies the match before anything is quoted or installed. Combinations that can't be verified are flagged for dealer review, never assumed.
How does pricing work?
Quotes are written, itemized and prepared by staff — the website never invents a price. Request one through Get Installed Price and you'll receive it to review and accept online.
Can I book service online?
Yes — diagnostics, repair, seasonal maintenance and parts pickup can be requested through the scheduler. Requests are confirmed by staff against real bay and technician capacity, so a confirmation means the slot is actually yours.
What about warranties?
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty; the exact terms for your product are documented with your quote and purchase paperwork. See warranties for how claims are handled.
What's your return policy?
Return and exchange arrangements are confirmed in writing as part of your quote or purchase — see returns and contact the dealership before sending anything back.
Do you plow driveways or lots?
No — the dealership sells, installs and services snow-removal equipment; it doesn't operate a plowing service. If you plow commercially, see the commercial page.
